These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of westpiers.com and any related pages, forms, and phone lines (the "Site") operated by WestPiers Technologies ("WestPiers," "we," "us"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

Information on the Site, including any free Salesforce & Systems Audit, call, or assessment, is general information only. It is not professional, legal, financial, or technical advice. A consulting engagement exists only under a separate written agreement or statement of work signed by both parties. If that agreement conflicts with these Terms, that agreement controls.
We may offer free audits, assessments, or consultations at our discretion. We may decline, limit, or end any free offer at any time. Recommendations from a free audit are provided as-is, and you are responsible for any decision to act on them.

Salesforce and other third-party names are trademarks of their respective owners; WestPiers is not affiliated with or endorsed by Salesforce, Inc. unless stated otherwise.
You are responsible for the accuracy of information you submit through forms, calls, or email. Our handling of that information is described in our Privacy Policy below.
The Site may link to or use third-party websites and services. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices.
THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WESTPIERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR BUSINESS, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100).
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless WestPiers and its owners, employees, and contractors from claims, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute relating to these Terms or the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New York County, New York, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
We may update these Terms at any time by posting a revised version on the Site. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept them.
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These Terms are the entire agreement between you and WestPiers regarding the Site.
